You simply email me each time you need something changed or altered on your website or need a digital product created and I will provide you with the estimate of hours it will require vs how many hours you have left on your package.
If you need more hours you can choose to purchase another package or make other arrangements for the particular task.

Your support package can be used for any of the following:
As you are purchasing hours not items, you can use your hours towards any of our services. Not sure? Simply email kathie@fixmybusiness.com.au and ask how many hours you would need for a particular job and we will let you know.
For larger jobs we prefer to quote per job not by the hour.
Yes, if you think you will have a lot of jobs you need help with then by all means purchase more than one package.
Alternatively, if you have a major job i.e. creation and set-up of sales funnel, then please ask us for a quote for the entire job.
Yes it does. The 10 hour package is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
You cannot transfer the package to someone else. If you close or sell your business then the package ends and unused hours are forfeited.
If you own more than one website and want to use the hours for another website then we are happy to share the hours between the sites.
